HVAC Coordinator
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience · Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field · Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD · Thermal load calculations and HVAC equipment selection · Experience in mission-critical or data center projects.
Responsibilities: Design HVAC and precision cooling systems and prepare calculation reports. Select CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, in-row cooling units and condensing units. Coordinate ductwork, thermal loads and technical spaces with other disciplines.
Fire Protection, Detection and Pre-Action Coordinator
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience · Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field · Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD · Knowledge of NFPA standards required.
Responsibilities: Design fire protection, sprinkler, pre-action and clean-agent systems. Design early smoke detection and conventional/addressable systems. Prepare bills of quantities and coordinate with other disciplines.
Special Security Systems Coordinator
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience · Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Systems Engineering, or a related field · CCTV, access control, voice and data networks, and fiber optics · Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Responsibilities: Design and specify CCTV and access control systems. Design structured cabling and fiber optic networks. Coordinate drawings and integration with other disciplines.
Project Manager
Requirements: 5–8 years of construction experience · 3 years as a Project Manager or project lead · Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering or a related field · MS Project, AutoCAD and advanced Excel · Neodata / OPUS.
Responsibilities: Manage projects from initiation through closeout. Coordinate teams, contractors and multiple construction work fronts. Control schedules, costs, risks, quality and safety.
Project Manager – Operations SPOC
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience · Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field · Project management and coordination · Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and drawing interpretation · PMP, CAPM or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities: Monitor active engineering projects, risks, delays and deviations. Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and suppliers. Track agreements, commitments, deadlines and technical requests.
